Millions of people hold the world in their hand ,small wireless devices let them use e-mail,search the internet,and get the latest news.
But lately the news has worried many users of the popular blackberry devices from the Canadian company reseach in motion(emotion).
A small company in Virginia has asked a court to shut down most blackberry survice in the United States.
Network Technology Parters does not make or(all) sell(sales) products.
NTP is a patent holding(calling) company and it said Reseach In Motion(emotion) company is using technology to pretect it by patents(parttens) held by NTP.Research in motion(emotion) said blackberry was invented independently of the patents( pattens) .
And the USA Patnets( parttens) and Trade(train) mark office has rejected all five in depute,though it's decison was not final .But in 2002 a fedural* jury in Virginia side(said) with network technology partners.The jury order reseach in motion (emotion) to pay NTP millions of dollars.
In 2003,research emotion lost an appeal( and p*) .A court gave(give) andorder that would stop the company from selling many of it's products in USA.
The case contiues .Last month the USA supreme(*) court refuse to get it involved.A judge called a hearing(*) for Feb. 21 on the posibility of suspending blackberry survice.
